Groud Wire Install Pics

IDK if this will help anybody but I noticed that some people have trouble following the instuctions on Legend Tuner http://go.to/legendtuner so I figured it may be because they cant see what their hooking up. I just installed my ground wire kit and rather than black wires Ive got Red so this may help sombody see what they gotta do.

Also on a side note I didnt really notice a big difference but it sure as hell looks cool .

yeah clean that engine bay, and secure some of those wires down better... like with pull ties or something, you dont' want some loose wire getting caught in a belt.

otherwise looking good. and you say no difference in "performance"?

Yea im gonna bust out the steam cleaner soon when i get a couple hrs of free time after i get it looking better ill post better pics (i tried to take the pics from far away so people couldnt see how dirty it is ).....as far as performance i guess things work a lil better it seems like things have less lag time (ive got an auto) so when i floor it theres almost no hesitation when it down shifts everything works faster but i really dont see a hp or torque increase just things seem to work better.

i'm amazed you were able to install the ground wires without your fingers wiping off any dirt off the engine covers or anywhere else. lol you must have rubbed your hands in dust then started working on your engine. lol jp

ground wires sure do look nice

Comon guys i just got this car like 2 weeks ago from my aunt who probably never looked under the hood.....nevermind cleaned it.....if it makes you guys feel anybetter the interior is really clean ...lol....stop looking at my engine its embarasing.

o and as far as my hands wiping the dirt off....i must have just got the top layer because when i was done my hands were like black (im a white guy) and it still looked bad so i think i some heavy duty cleaning to do.

Big Ups, regarding the intake i accually orderd them both at the same time just this came first...and ive got a chip.....so this was just another cheap thing to throw on there.

mythical89, what im sayin is that on threads i read before people said they had noticable a tourque increase....im saying i didnt....but i did get somthiing out of it....everything seems to work better as explained above. and for 27 bucks or whatever i spent it was well worth it.

don't sweat the engine man, just clean it when you get a chance. i've had my legend for over a year and just recently cleaned under the hood for the first time.

here's leon's tutorial on engin cleaning, its got some great info:

http://www.legendarylegendz.com/file..._Legends.do c

as far as the ground wires go i think most people probably imagine the performance gains for the most part, but it never hurts to have your electrical system running a little cleaner with better grounds. where's you get the kit so cheap?

Ebay! its a universal kit for legend integra and tl's... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT

idk if there is a problem with linking ebay items...i know some boards have a problem with it if theres a problem edit it out or let me know

i didnt use any of thoes metal pieces i justed used the tutorial on legendtuner....i think thoes pieces may have been for the integra because thats what the insructions they included (very crappy) were geared towards

the total accually came to $14.95 + $17.00 SH
