Just noticed that the last pic looks like it is temp sensor ready and since it is a Honda/Acura model it will hopefully be plug and play in this aspect.

This board is brutal, man. That's why I hardly post about any of my aspirations/projects. I remember when I posted about putting hood locks on my c/f hood, and I got flamed b/c everyone said only Sparco would work. So I got the hood looks on, and no one said anything. Then I remember when I bought a JDM console for my manual, and I got reamed for that, too, until Sean put one in his car. Once again, nothing from the detractors. Then I said I was going to get all the a/c vents to work on the console, and once again, doubters. Too many people saying this, that, or the other can't be done. So I usually keep things on the DL until it is complete or pretty much complete.

Ok back on track, here is first shot at getting as close to what I wanted my idea so far. Hopefully this will pan out ok. Please tear apart and mention any obstacles you might see. I think I covered the piping clearance issues. I do know that some of this is going to be a serious PITA. and the areas around the tranny will need to be heat shielded some how. I wanna cross over from one exhaust manifold to the turbo on the opposite side. And still need to get measurements of the piping going to the turbos to balance that out in this area, but for now the Y-pipe is in the way, I am short on PVC, and there will need to be some custom cutting goin on down there (love the Legends ability to squeeze so much into so little space). It will also require some cutting away at and reinforcement of the couple small (3" sections) of the support brace under there. but we'll see how it goes.
PS if anyone has a good lead on an oil return pump let me know. Now tear it apart and yes the turbos are ugly and unclean but this is a budget project and if successful I will most likely upgrade. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Man what I would give for an in garage lift and a cup of coffee lol. and these things though small when are really heavy when trying to move them around and position them while upside down and a light at your back man I hope this works.

Every time I see an under the car mounted turbo, I just keep thinking that is a stone's throw away from a detonated engine :| You will DEFINITELY need a plate of some sort under there to protect those bad boys.

I would also agree that a skid plate is a good idea at this point.
As far as that really scientific and involved post about singles vs twins.... the argument is simple for me. If budget is no object, then it is all about packaging. These cars have enough displacement to easily go either direction. Personally I've always felt that a single turbo setup was best for maximum effort. Only one shaft and set of bearings for friction. Less total rotating mass, inertia. Aside from maximum effort though, you really can go either way. What exactly are those turbos you're using?

For now just a set of used Garrett AR.42's I wanna see how this works out before putting big money into turbos.

Wow, those most recent pictures put everything into perspective on how cramped of a working space you have! How do you intend on making a protective shield...Are you thinking aluminum or plastic of some sort?
I'm very impressed with this! Good work!
