Hey group! Been reading up a lot since I purcahsed a 91 Coupe L about a month ago. 359,000 miles! Got some work to do, but excited to have a Legend again. Used to own a 92 Coupe LS........sold with 297,000 miles. Great cars. So much fun to drive.

Looking into putting a used 3.2L engine in and debating on swapping the 5-speed for a 6-speed while I'm doing it.

I bought the car knowing it was down a cylinder but still running. Owner claimed a spark plug broke off, tip went down in the cylinder, damanged the piston wall.......and lost compression (rings). I tried a few quick fixes but nothing has worked. Going to scope the cylinder soon and see what's going on first.......

Appreciate all the tech advice that is on the site!

Try finding a true low mile jdm engine and you will be fine as far as the 6 speed swap there out there but good luck finding one and if it or the 5 speed need replacement parts start saving up!
