custom CLEAR lens head light.
EDIT: DIY ON PAGE 6 POST #60
as the title says. for those who have projectors(especially e46 bi xenon projectors)know that once you put the front cover on, its blurry and the cutoff is a lil weak. long story short, i went from trying to sand the cover down to making a new head light cover with acrylic glass. its water tight and the projector isnt close enough to get effected by heat, but ill find out soon. took me two(2) days to complete one side. now, i get the SHARP cutoff AND the blue hint on the cutoff. love em. ill get better pics tomm or so. *in the making* ![]() *test...1 projector lit only, pic doesnt do justice since it didnt pick up alot of the colot* ![]() *NOTE: the hood isnt closed and the head light assembly isnt seated right* ![]() *comparison...top is new clear lens and bottom is stock* ![]() *clearrrrrrrr lol* ![]() *semi-final look* ![]() *clean...the edges arnt glue, its spray paint* ![]() *edges...flushed and sealed for water proof* ![]() *clear lens* ![]() *oem lens* ![]() ![]() *clear lens* ![]() ![]() *oem lens* ![]()
