Help a brother out...

Well today I did a test I disconected the hose from the egr. I drove for about 15 min and sure enough it happened again. The engine started to bog horribly so I had to take her down to 2nd gear and ease the gas ever so lightly to get her home.. What could this be? I got a new fuel pump and had the main relay replaced. Could it be the fuel filter, the distributor, the ignition coil, the cat. Or could it be the vacuum box. The car works fine when cold but it's not cold long enough to use the car.. Sweet mother of god.. Someone has to know something right?
