ok so whats the best thing to do when needing a Coolant/Antifreeze Flush? can you do a drain and refill and why do people do these? to keep the ac working and how often do you have to replace hoses?

When you need a coolant flush. you can either ead the manual and DIY or you van take it someplace to have it done. Taking it someplace relieves you of the hassle of having to dispose of the drained coolant.

Why is it done? Additives (rust inhibitors, chemicals, etc.) in the coolant "wear out" of sorts after time.

A/C hoses typically are not PM items. They're only replaced when they leak, which is kind of rare in my experience.
