Legend Dies
I just got my rims balanced. Mainly because the lead balancers was hitting my lowercontrol arm, because the prelude rims are wider and I lowered my Acura. Only did it when i took corners tho so it wasn't that bad. And doing so remedied the problem.. anyways back to what happend
I was coming down the street from the tire shop. Going about 35mph..yes i wasn't speeding...this time..hehehe...It was a nice sunny warm day. In a place where it usually rains. I was almost home. About a block and a stop light away from my driveway. I cant wait for the weekend. Its friday and I have one more 8hr shift to go before my weekend starts...yeah baby...I just got paid too. Some one decides to pull into their driveway in front of me. How was I to know? Is it the law of the road to signal a turn before a turn is to be made? Well in this state it is. I was going northbound and the other vehicle was southbound on the opposite side of the double yellow line. A big dookie colored, brown turd, a giant snicker bar type van on 4 wheels with an idiot behind the wheel. It was a early 90's Ford Econoline full size van. You may know, these vans are huge, I think they site about 18 people. This van takes up half the road. Unofortunatly, it took up my half of the road. The van literally stoped before the driveway. Before I knew it, van got bigger and bigger from my perception. Like any untrained profesional stunt man would do, I slammed on my brakes hard, and lost all traction. Yup my legend is a standard edition, A five speed V6 with no airbags, and NO ABS! I turned to my left hoping to avoid the tragic collision at fate. But too late, the front right side of my ride collided with the right rear ass of the big brown roadblock you might call a Ford Econoline. Crunch!!Smack!!BaM!!Ouch!! The impact caused my rear end of my car to lift off the asphalt. It landed about 90 degrees from the direction I was coming from. I was shocked, suprised, and really really FUCKIN PIST!!. I sat in my car for about 5min trying to figure out if this was for real! I hope this is a nightmare and I will soon wake up to another day. A pedestrian walked up next to my car and ask if I was ok, and I said yes. She then demanded that I should get out of my vehicle. I didnt care. But I figured I should because maybe i was also in the middle of the road with oncoming traffic coming from both directions. I unbuckled my seatbelt, and I gathered all my strenght that I barely had and walk out of my car. |

^ so pretty much you won.. except for the fact that your own insurance has to pay for your car. Why dont you part the shocks and springs and the rims and see if you can make a little off them.

Same thing for having a kid and seperating. The courts go after you if you have a job and some assets to your name. These clowns that have 5 kids with 5 differnt Mom's and no job, you could never get support so you have 5 kids your taxes are paying for. Good luck - it's good the car did it's job and you have no injury. This story seems to repeat, our car seems to protect the driver in some pretty serious crashes that are documented on this site. |

...and OP, I'd also suggest to just move on and be thankful you did not suffer any physical injury!

Not sure if you're planning on throwing them on your civic, but just incase... those won't fit your civic.
