Looks Like This Is It
Well, gang, I haven't been very active in this forum lately, but this looks to be my last post. Why? Because my Legend, the car my wife and I bought new, the car that brought my kids home from the hospital, the car I put 232K miles on, is gone. It was stolen Thursday night from the Green Line station in Norwalk, CA. I have not given up hope it will be found, but I don't expect it. I had just had the transmission rebuilt and put in a new fuel pump. It was insured, but I doubt I'll get much for it.
So if anyone in SoCal sees my Legend with the RAFTO plates, please give the cops a call.

Not a good post to have to read.
Good luck.

Re: Looks Like This Is It
It was found! No damage, they took a few things from the interior, worst is the faceplate from the stereo. But I got her back! Time to get some security...

I personally recommend a Viper Alarm, the ones with the digital remote, for one because it beeps/vibrates when the alarm is set off and two, because it displays on there when someone has broken a window, opened a door etc. around $300-400 but WELL worth the money.. My car was broken into and as a mechanic I usually do work on the side so I keep tools in it, they stole close to $1,000 in Snap-On tools and to this day it pains me to replace it all.. Good luck!
Just installed my viper as well. Best investment I've ever made. The clicker remote start and remote trunk options makes it even sweeter. The digital remote will notify you if anything is going on in your car.
