new solenoid

well, I bit the bullet an' got a new shift solenoid... whatta difference!! Next up is a full front end with Raxles, ball joints and wheel bearings, tie rods and hopefully a rear sway bar if the rumor mill can be trusted..!

Cool, I replaced mine couple months ago. It is a big difference. Shifts a lot smoother now.

I can attest to this. I thought I was going to have to get a rebuild, turns out those solenoids weren't working at all. Cleaned them and now they're perfect. I was looking at new shift solenoids and they were like $170 last time I checked.

Ya, the solenoids are a bit expensive. Just try giving them a good cleaning and make sure you can here the solenoid click.
