Results of ECU and Tranny codes!

I got this from the ecu so I would need you guys help on how to fix it or to correct the problem:

2 Rear Oxygen Sensor
7 Throttle Angle Sensor
8 Top-Dead-Center Position Sensor
10 Intake Temperature Sensor
12 E.G.R. System
15 Ignition Output Signal

Don't worry about (2) I know how and where to fix that, it's the other ones.

I got a 6 for my tranny code and my s3 blinking also. Could someone tell me code 6 means? When extracting from the TCU is it suppose to be yellow or red? Because the last time I looked at it and tried to get codes, it was yellow blinking and now its red so I'm wondering if it means anything.

Ok, I found it! The tranny code 6 means Shift Lever Position Switch circuit open.

How do I fix that exactly and where can I find it?

Ok ok...just explain the vague explanation of the EGR system and the code 6 from the tranny. All the other ones, I'll do on my own.

7. Throttle Angle sensor is located on the throttle body...cant say off the bat what might be wrong...
8. TDC Sensor is located IN the distributor (easier just to replace with another unit)...
10. Intake temp sensor (TA) is located ON the manifold on the passenger's side behind the front valve cover...
12. EGR system may need cleaning...
15. Igniter unit may need to be replaced...

Try clearing the codes first by pulling the 7.5 amp fuse under the hood for a minute and replacing...see what comes back and what doesnt (EGR is notorious for this symptom)

Also, check out pages 136-162 of the online manual for troubleshooting flow charts...

I went to the online manual, which is the first sticky, and there's no where in there that'll let me click on a link or pg 251 and 261. Maybe I'm missing something...dunno.

Ya I told Gabe about the dead link awhile ago, but I think one of them works. Hey Gabe, you might want to double check them lol.

So do I have to pull this plug out of the TCU box under the foot of the passenger seat? Is this what the picture of this plug came from?
