that would be really silly to import a manual when you have them in your country

Had to cut the lip off for mounting the new crank sensor. Here's some pics. I'm gonna post another update tonight on this thread of what I've done yesterday... injectors, manifold installed, SDS system wired in, old engine harness modified, etc. I've been busy.

OK, got a lot done yesterday. Finished the head job. Put the completed intake manifold on, with some 750cc injectors installed from Marren....

Some plates had to be made to block off EGR holes and whatnot...

After that was all put together, I started the SDS installation. Got the crank sensor installed, and confirmed the magnets were being "seen"...

Installed the water temp sensor to the head, intake air temp sensor, and throttle position sensor (used factory sensor and spliced in)

Installed MAP sensor...

Removed the now useless parts of the factory engine harness. Only 5 wires survived the slaughter...

Gave the new "brain" a home. Incognito in the glovebox...

Other than that, all I did was strip the interior...

WHEW! It was a long day, but it's all going to be worth it. The latest on the turbo, for anyone who was wondering, is I have to take it apart and send the turbine housing back for the right one. Hell, that'll be another 2 weeks before I have the turbo ready to install. What a shame. I hope it comes in time for Slammin and Jammin next month.

I also worked on the custom gauge pod for the dash compartment, but I don't have pics yet.

Stay tuned Legend enthusiasts!

750cc injectors!! Unfrickingbelievable man. Like driving along with a gas pump permanently embedded into your gas tank.

From these guys...

Performance Fuel Injectors - Marren Fuel Injection

And F.Y.I. if you upgrade your factory injectors, and are using the factory harness, get low impedance(resistance) injectors. That's what the factory ones are, and high impedance injectors won't fire.
