Armorall on real leather will make your interior smell like someone tracked dog $hit in your car.

i have a friend who owns the biggest auto restoration shop in in florida and he says that armorall keeps him in business.he told me years ago never use it because it deteriorates all leather, plastic and rubber parts of your car.

hi, and welcome to the board.

im guessing that you could goto honda and get the right chem's for cleaning the interior. i know my chev tracker ( aka suzuki sidekick) has a GM part number for every cleaning solution in the manual that came with the car. it has the leather part #,the plastic #, and all these different part numbers for probly 10 different conditioners for different stuff. some for silicone. some for the dash. anyways. my point is there is most likely a book somewhere or manual with this info. and if not asking honda what they reccomend for cleaning there cars and honda leather should point you in the right direction.

In he case of the alternater being bad, I am trying to find out if the ECU and TCU on 1990 L sedan is reactive to voltages less than 12.5... as I have just found & fixed mine after it would only do 12.8@3000 rpm and at city type driving it was only putting out about 12.2...battery still held up but i have heard that this condition can upset the system performance by staying in open loop till it passes 12.4Volts...and it can affect other parts of the electrical.... relays and senser readings...anyone know about this????????

Leo, I remember seeing that low voltages can throw out sensor inputs.
Try this site for a good explanation on how PGM-FI works. It'll make you understand what is really going on under the hood.

CLEAN YOUR GROUNDS!!!! I just got done cleaning my ground wires and ran on my "test" track. I gained 5mph on a sprint. It's through a intersection and up the street, maybe 30 ft. I got up to 35mph before and now am at 40mph. All you have to do is find your stock grounds and clean them. There is one on the tranny, the starter, the front valve cover, the intake manifold and I believe that's it. Have fun!
