You do realize how much power your starter needs. 6 gage will become very hot and could melt the plastic off the wire and short everything out. Do as Gabe and others have said go no smaller then 2 gage hell when im going to relocate my battery I will be using 0 gage wire!

Ok sounds like 2 gage it is i was just wondering if 2 6 gage wires hooked together would do it simply because they would be a lot easier to hide under the carpet

4 gauge is plenty. I have done it with 4 with no problems at all. Anything larger and you are going to have problems running it through the cabin etc also. No starting problems..... or fires.

the c27 is all ready to come out I just have to figure out how im going to get the centre console out to disconect the linkage to the trans as i cant move my seat to get to the screws.

I have removed the front bar to figure out where I can run intercooler piping and I have worked it out

All il have to do is cut a whole

All the wires and hoses are disconected and labled, the exhaust is off and the lower subframe. Oh and i still have to remove the cvs

Sorry I am not sure. Once you pull out the driveshafts it will be pretty clear.

Cant really tell untill i get the motor in as i cant take it out of park to spin the driveshafts

Take the shafts out and look down the hole. I don't know much about these transmissions but in toyota's you can see the lsd

Ok il have a look the only way i new how to do it was hold 1 and the other should only spin round a little way before it locks but cant do it in park

You can put it in neutral by using the gear select cable and pulling it down 2 "clicks" to neutral from park. It is hard and you may need a screwdriver to help you pull it without the mechanical advantage the gear selector gives you.

I don't think so. I thought it is all mechanical but I am unsure as I left mine in neutral before I pulled the engine out.

No you can change gears with out the tcu. I was able to do just that when i had my tranny out.
