1,3,5? im not familliar w/ that expression.

launch is tricky...but i find fastest times using these shiftpoints.

1-2: 6400
2-3: 6400
3-4: 6200

engages fine....i get the occasional crunch from 1-2...but thats cuz of operator error. ...but it goes into the gear

Ok. What I mean by 1,3,5 is only using the top 3 gears. so, it would be 1 -> 3 shift and then from 3 -> 5 shift instead of 1 -> 2 shift, then 2 -> 3 shift and so on and so on.

Question, do you run with your acessory belts OFF and some of those other little tricks, maybe no spare, no jakcs, no floormats, no strut bar, or sway bars makin it all so LITE...

I only runs no spare and no jacks...but I might GUT the car next time @ the track, cuz Im goin for high 14's.

Which ever way you cut it, weight reduction is not considered a perfromance part as i was asked.

I dont have to say what weight reduction does to a car, its obvious, the more you take off(unsprung mass)the faster your car will go. For me theres a limit. I will only race at the track the way i would race on the street.

I dont have a spare or jack, nor do i have a back seat, however i do have all belts, amps, speakers, carpet, bars, floormats on a stock pulley with all acc. and both front seats.Oh i almost forgot, i wear my helmet at all times too.

At the tracks I have been to they will ask you to leave the staging lanes if you don't have a helmet or if you are wearing shorts.

Its obious you have alot of carbon build up on the top of your pistons to be running times like that on a near 300k engine.
Your compression must at least be 10 0:1.

I have been looking at the times posted and mine doesn't look right. I run my car yesterday with my friend's G-Tech out in the boonies and got

1)15.4 @ 96.6
2)15.41 @ 96.4
3)15.53 @ ??(I forget the speed)

Is it the g-tech that is messing with me or are those kind of right?

I'm all stock, too.
