Dude I have the FX projectors with clear len and cutoff shield mod, but my shroud is very big. I couldn't put the headlight cover back on lol. Where did you buy the projector I might have to ask them about the shroud. Thank You.

I can't imagine any shroud being bigger than the LS430 shroud. With lots of trimming, I was able to fit it inside the headlight and still have enough space for adjustment. You might have to trim the shroud quite a bit then to make it fit also. Or push the projector a little bit further back to give you more space to fit the shroud. Pictures would help.

OK lol I see what is the problem now. It's my FX projector they also very big, so I have to cut the relfector a little bit more. Damn this thing is taking for ever man. OH BTW did you put new glue on or just used the old one? Thx.

i added black RTV silicon around the headlight to seal it. been through several car washes and no fogging. best to use additional sealant.
