2002 RL Pass Seat stuck back - how to remove the seat

Hi I know this has been asked before but I haven't seen a good answer. My passenger seat with electric motor is stuck in the back position. I'd like to replace the motor myself, how do I access the rear bolts to remove the seat? Or is there a way to move the seat forward manually to access the rear bolts... or how could I remove the seat bottom to possibly access the rails better?

You can either use a long reach 14mm wrench or the two 12mm bolts to manually move the seat. If change or something is blocking the rail the only option is to remove the seat from the car so you can see what your doing.

Thanks... so the long reach 14mm wrench would reach under the seat to the two bolts in the rear? And the 12mm would move the seat manually by turning which bolts?
