The car suffered a front end collision so I am afraid you are out of luck here.

3.5RL, the lights changed with the 99 model year. The fog lights moved down to the bumper. Look for lights from a 96-98. I sold the two from my RL for $150 - 160 plus shipping. I had another half dozen inquiries. You might want to try partfinder.com as well.
