First RL have a few questions...

First my tilt wheel don't work along with the horn I was wondering if this could be because of a fuse or is there a deeper problem?
and i was also wondering when timing belt an waterpump should be serviced it has 197,xxx miles on it.
and it has JDM yellow foglights frmo factory but one bulb is blow where can i get another yellow bulb i do not want white ones

I'd start buy checking your fuses. I'm almost certain it's a yellow diffuser in there so the bulbs don't need to be yellow. If you decide to use yellow bulbs go with Piaa plasma ions. (What I used before going HID.) or the Nokya's they have a very deep yellow glow.

The TB/WP should be changed at 90k intervals. If you have no service history now would be a good time. (Change the tensioner also.)

I just yesterday got m 1996 RL 3.5l automatic with 197,xxx miles
Having an issue which i hope can be solved asap as it is stopping my girlfriend from getting to work.

Ok, when driving the car around say 40mph an going around a turn it shuts off kick it in N an starts right back up but steering an everything shuts off obviously when the car shuts off.. also it shuts off when coming to a stop at a light or stop sign. my girlfriend is now afraid to drive the car because she thinks shes going to get into an accident. no signs that its going to do so before it shuts off just shuts down.. did it to me 4 times in a 5 mile trip anyone have an answer please help there is slight pulse in idle at times but only when the car is stopped an in park. hope this is enough information.

That sounds like the throttle body needs to be cleaned or you have a vacuum leak. Is the CEL/check engine light on, does your idle fluctuate? I would also check the coolant level.

i have a cel for p401 but i cleared it idle only fluctuates when the car is stopped and in park but only sometimes not all the time. is there a diy to clean the throttle body?
