Need Help!! Radio Unlock Code

My Battery died on my acura and I need the radio unlock code. I called the dealer and he wants 200.00 bucks to rest the stereo for me is there anyone that can help me out on this???

do a search for Acura of Agusta, talk to the parts dept and tell them your from acura-legend.org, they will help you out

wow. $200 are they crazy.ferman acura here in tampa will do it free of charge but you must have the radio out or they will charge you labor to remove it to get the serial numbers on the back.

You don't need to remove the radio. There's a non-use "button" between the fog light and rear-window defroster buttons. You can pop that off with a small screwdriver. Then you can read the S/N off the bottom of the radio with a flashlight. Acura of Memphis gave me the code over the phone.

look at the back of your Ashtray and there will be a sticker on it with your 5 digit code........done!!!

My radio code was underneath the fuse holder cover.

I checked the ashtray and the fuse cover - nothing. I assume that's where the original owners decided to hide the codes.

you have to pull out the ashtray thing and it should be on the back. But if you already did that then it's all good.

I just tried calling acura USA (800) 382-2238

and they will give you all the assistance you need. Screw paying money for a code to the dealers...

i havr two codes one of them worked the other one didnt maybe it mite work on yours also
