Replacing front turn signals

How do you do it? Where do I start? Does the bumber have to be removed? HELP. HELP.

for the driver side turn signal, turn the wheel all the way to the right. take out the plastic self-locking screws and pull back the splash guard. peep up in there and you should see the turn signal bulb connector. its probably the easiest to get to.

do the opposite for the right side.
