I've got a two tone brown set waiting in the box, my car has been in for paint for close to forever now (3 months!!). Which reminds me I'm gonna call them right now.

Since I was asked to show the interior in place...it's not really in place yet per say, but I'm uploading pics as I get it all done. Some of it is done already. BTW, I must really suck at doing this. It has taken me a LOT longer than everyone says it does on what I have gotten done.

kinda wonderin...since we're members of this forum could we still get the discounted rates for other cars? e.g. say I got a Sentra too and I wanted leather seats... could I still get the discount? maybe not same prices, understandable but just the same...

rust on the trunk lid and quarter panels, and no body shops in my area will do it and they are all like blah blah balh it will come back... and we are going to charge you 1,000 DOLLARS to paint 1 PANEL

Jhezeus, yes, that was my original intent. I bought a 12" sub to put in the dash. When I took the dash off, I've never seen such a large a/c unit in any car before. The 12" wouldnt fit without firing off the windshield which wasnt going to work. I already had the sub...maybe a 10" would fit.

I got rid of that sub and now have a custom sub being built for me to go into the center console I am building.

u ever consider one of those shallow mount subs? would that make a difference? like kicker cvt? i dont really know much about what's behind that dashboard, but i'm thinkin that would be better than a straight sub.

Yeah, looked into some different stuff...but I'm sponsored for everything, so it makes it hard. I looked into using an Exile Audio XTC sub as they would sponsor me, but the box needed to be way to big. I spoke with Maxxsonics for MB Quart, but they wanted me to run all of their stuff, so I passed. I am using an Fi Car Audio custom built sub instead in the console.

Back to topic, if anyone has worn out springs in your back seats, YourAutoTrim has them on closeout for 5 cents right now. I didnt need new ones in my car, but Im placing an order anyways, so I am picking up 20 for the hell of it.

Also, they have hog rings (if you used to many on 1 piece of the car like I did) for $1.95 a pound (appr. 450 rings). At that price, 2lbs more for me...

I've dealt with Mick before, great guy. Installation takes a couple days if you pace yourself.

Although the seats are still not done, I did update interior pics showing the front seats taken apart, and a shot from the drivers side back door into the car with all the black panels in place. See site for all pics.

I got my kit a few weeks ago and I've done the door inserts, back seat, center console, and the passenger seat. I've used nearly everything Katzkin has sent me but I have two pieces of leather left over I don't know what its for. Could someone who's installed these kits before identify this piece?
