I replaced these parts:

54107-SA0-010 is the shoulder bushing.
54105-692-010 is a thrust washer that could be useful.

Installing the RJ SSK

Well, I'm happy I received my SS kit, however I'm having trouble installing it on my 6 speed. I got the boot off, as well as the two rubber dust covers, the retaining clip the rubber seal below that, however I cannot figure out how to remove the bolt and nut on the bottom of the shifter without taking off the exhaust and heat shield from under the car.

Is there a trick? Am I just not spending enough time on it?

Thanks.

You can unscrew that bolt from the inside of the car, but its going to be hard. It took me about 10 mins to take off the pipe and heat shields and another 10 mins to put it back. Total time it took me to change the shifter is about 45 minutes.

I installed mine from inside the car, just because I didn't want to have to get underneath it.

But yeah, the bolt from inside the car is a little bit tricky.

Anyone had issues with getting the shoulder bolts to fit?

Thanks for the advice. I guess I'll just throw it up on the lift and go at it from below.

Anyone from Canada (Toronto) receive theirs yet?

I'll keep that advice in mind when I'm installing mine.

Thanks guys!

not yet, be patient!
Also, how important is it to change those two parts, and should my local dealership have them in stock?
