I have not set a deadline yet. I would like to get it all done by the end of this month. Really the problem is that we need more buyers. I am hoping that we get a deal since we already did a massive order and have the CAD drawn up.
Yes, they work with a type 2 engine. I think they also work on a 3.5 with the 3.5 crank pulley. Am I right? Telion and I are working together for guys that want the full set.

Please clarify if you want the full set or just the 3 smaller pulleys. Also make sure that I have you down for exactly what you want. I will assume you want the entire set if you do not let me know either way.

1.FromaQ - Full Set
2.filmshoot - Full Set
3.music2bmurderedby-3 Pulleys(ALT, Tensioner, PS)
4. whats77inaname-3 Pulleys(ALT, Tensioner, PS)
5. llloydxmas-PS Only
6. BayAreasFinest-Full Set

Thanks! Kyle

PLease do let anyone and everyone know what we are trying to do. I appreciate your reviews. I hope to offer nothing but the best. Hopefully that tax stimulus package will come out and everyone can get pulleys with that cash. haha

Thanks again fellas!

If its not too late, put me down for a PS only, I need a new one; my mechanic had issues with the fitment of the aluminum pulley and it fell off last night. He said it did not fit exactly as the OEM pulley did against the power steering pump as the back of the pulley rubbed on the ps housing so he added a spacer which seemed to cure the problem. The car ran flawlessly for about 650 miles and then all of a sudden, a quite clank... no more power steering.

I noticed the difference imediately after the all the pulleys were installed and I am eager to have a complete set again! BTW, has anyone else had this problem? The car is a '95 coupe. Thanks

i am interested in these but I am weary about them.... What are the downsides of these pullies?

I remember in the first thread there were some concerns about the pullies, but i forgot what they were.

I want to try to get it done by the end of the month, but as buyers keep rolling in it is cheaper to wait for more buyers for everyone. Any comments on this? I have not gotten word of anyone in a rush? Let me know if you or anyone is in a hurry to get this done. Until then our patience will save us money.

Akmopowr,

I am sorry to hear about the PS issue. Your car is the first I have been notified of having this issue(the pulley falling off). The splines were initially cut incorrectly and I sent out a sort of "recall" to either replace or repair the PS pulley if sent back to me. To date I have had no repeat issues with them after repair. My guess is that the mechanic did what he thought was right by installing the washer/ spacer. THere was probably some friction between the washer-bearing-PS housing possibly creating a slight vibration/ wobble to cause the nut to come loose. Really, he shouldnt have tightened the pulley down so hard that it rubbed the PS housing at all. Please send me the pulley back so I can inspect it (so this does not happen again or to any future buyers) for the true cause of this accident. I am thinking it was just overtightened initally as the aluminum is soft and the splines go all the way through on the aftermarket pulley. Notice the splines on the stock pulley end at a certain point inside of the stock pulley. THat is where you stop tightening it down for both pulleys. I will more than likely replace the pulley for you at no cost being that this is most likely due to a product flaw.
Hope this cheers you up on the weekend!

THey had a spline issue that prevented proper installation. I mention above that all issues have been sufficiently resolved. I stand behind these 100% so any problem or flaw will be taken care of. In addition, the new GB for these pulleys will have the splines cut on the wire. The machine shop is sick of fixing them and so am I....I told them we will have to just do it right on the next round-no excuses.

Hope that lets you sleep easy.
Let me know if you guys have more questions.
Kyle
