Was under the impression that it was ready..that's all...wonder if i'll have mine by our meet on April 27th...

When installing this exhaust system, would it be best to raise up the car with a jack or can I just roll the back tires up onto ramps? Also, can I use the stock hangers or will I need new ones?

For the muffler only, it's best to jack up passenger rear and remove the tire (muffler side). If your stock hangers are in good shape (no cracks or broken), reuse them. You're in SoCal, I say it's a 40 minute job with minimal tools.

Level of difficulty (10 being high) - I give it a 3.

Just got off the phone. His delivery guy held the box waiting for the gasket, which arrived today. It will be on its way as soon as they're picked up by UPS. Sorry bro... I'm trying.
