1990 Legend L Sedan for Sale
Sadly, it's come time for me to part ways with my Legend. It's been a great car, but I just don't have the time or place to work on my own car anymore, and so I've decided to get a car with lower maintenance costs...but anyway, here's the info on the car.
1990 Legend L Sedan: The car is white with maroon leather, woodtrim kit, and a 10 disc Kenwood CD changer. It has an automatic transmission. I bought it in July 2003 with 107k on it. It now has 156k (I live in LA and spend most of my driving time traveling on the freeway for work). The paint and leather are a little worn, though there are no rips in the leather and overall the car looks pretty good when cleaned up. Since I've had the car, I have had the following service done/parts replaced: Timing belt (@ 107k) Power steering belts Fuel/Temp gauge cluster All sensors relating to engine temperature/temp gauge Main Relay Cooling System Flush Transmission 4x Flush (Fluid has been changed again since) 2 Auto Rx treaments CV Axels PCV valve and hose Front and Rear Oxygen sensors Front and Rear struts 2 engine mounts A few hoses here and there. Regular oil changes (every 3k) with Mobil oil and filters. New Tires in Jan '05 All new brake pads and new front rotors in late '04 Known problems: Front passengerside window needs regulator Transmission is hesitant to downshift (probably needs solenoids cleaned and/or kickdown cable adjusted) ABS pump went out (very common on these cars!) so I just pulled the fuse-this has no adverse affect on the normal operation of the braking system! Plugs/wires were last changed at 100k, so its probably about time for some new ones, though both plugs and wires are NGK ECU intermittantly throws a code 9, though this has had no noticeable affect on performance Some vibration has appeared during stopping from freeway speed-probably just needs the rotors machined (as I said, the front rotors are less than a year old) Overall the car is still solid and in good shape for a 15 year old vehicle. I'm asking $2,500 for it as this seems to be what many are going for in this area, but I will happily entertain reasonable offers. I can email pictures if you are interested. Thanks!
