In your auction you never mentioned why a 1991 coupe would have a type II. The only way to achieve this is with an engine swap. So what cause the need for the swap and who did it. I also didn't see any specification as to what type of transmision this car has. Is it an auto or stick? If it is a stick is it a 6spd, I only ask this because of the Type II statement.

I just re-read my auction listing.... i never stated it had a Type-II???

175,xxx it is at the descretion of the insurance company... they can cancel the title if they want to and just pay out the claim... don't kno wwhy they do it...
