1995 Legend won't start/crank/turn over
I recently had a no start issue, where the car would turn over but would not start. I replaced the main relay and it's worked great for about a week. Last night I drove about 40 miles to a friends, when i went to leave, nothing happens with the engine when you turn the key. All the dash lights come on as they normally would, lights are bright, it just will not turn over. Could this be related to the relay I just replaced? Otherwise I've got it narrowed down to possibly a bad starter or ignition switch? How can I be sure? Are there any other possible issues?
Additional info: could hear the relay engaging the fuel pump when I would try last night, but when I try this morning no fuel pump sounds at all in the on position or when I try to start it. Just nothing happens. I'm sure the battery is not the problem. Also there is a black wire that is grounded up underneath the steering wheel that came disconnected from somewhere that I can't figure out. It seems to be an aftermarket wire, but I'm not sure and it seems like a coincidence.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
