Hi, I just had this problem one week ago. Call around any Acura dealerships, and ask anyone in service if they can give you the code over the phone. It is a 5-digit code. If they give you trouble, say to bring the car in and pay money, or say that they are not supposed to do it over the phone, try another dealership. I obtained my code on the first try from the Acura of Manhattan dealership. Good luck!

You had to take you're radio out of the car?

How many previous owners where there?

I was a afraid that someone would say that. I wish I had the time, I don't get off work until 6pm, I hope the service center will still be open.

Yes I had my radio out to get the serial number...I was replacing the HU anyways with a MP3 player...but when I went to Acura to get my Bose amp replaced they changed all my info so I was showing as the owner instead of the guy previous of me....only 1 other owner in reality...I bought the car off a guy who just wanted to flip it.

Try looking inside your fuse box under the hood, if it was purchased from a good dealership they like to put the code in there.

That's scary.... What if someone broke in my car and took the head unit because they needed it.

Could Anyone Help Me?

I Called Acura Of Augusta And They Were Not Able To Help Me. The Guy Asked Me If I Was Sure The S/N Started With An ''E''.

S/N: It Says E40735708C Or Could It Be A Type O On The Sticker? Hmm, He Tried B40735708C But That Did Not Work Neither.
