yea the wiring diagram would be great, but is the 94 the same as the 95?

The wiring diagram is the same as the one in the manual I linked to. I compared it to my USDM manual and it's all correct: Acura Legend Online Service Manual (Page: 1052)

ok so it is definitely time to change mechanics. he refuses to use outside materials. he thinks what he has is perfectly fine. however, I have confirmed that both the alternator and battery are perfectly fine and yet he can not find out whats wrong. Can anyone tell me where the voltage regulator is? is it built into the alternator?

He just want's to make a huge profit off the parts markup as well as labor.

If both parts were replaced it's pretty unlikely that either or both would now have the exact same problem. Do the tests in the manual starting on the page I linked earlier, there are 11 pages on the charging system.
