and something tells me a car like this, modded to that degree, NO WAY does it ONLY have 110K.
i have a suspicion that if u did a VIN check u will find that mysteriously the car has only had maybe 10K put on it in the past 8 years or something crazy like that.
someone who is silly enough to mod out a car like that has certainly whooped on it and knows how to disconnect an odometer.
i would RUN away from this car.
