BLUE Halogens

Hey I just got my first legend and I was wondering if you guys could help me out. It's a black 95 L Sedan and for starters I wanted to do cheap upgrades which improve the classiness of the car. I wanted to start out with some Blue halogens but I dont want to make a mistake buying plain halogens which are advertised as being blue. That really pisses me off. If you guys could give some suggestions for any good blue halogens that would be great.
Thanx
C

You mean you want to rice the car out...

Umm, I have some APC in my car now...they arent blue but more of a bright-ass white...I got some krypton zenon bulbs from eBay...lasted about 5 months..but were blue. I would say get a whiter bulb, cause the "fake HID" blue bulbs kinda look gay and ricey, IMHO

If they are too blue they are going to look cheap. A lot of those bulbs don't last very long either.

IMO cheap and classiness don't really go together. If you want to do cheap things-go right ahead. Things like cheap blue bulbs don't last very long. If you want a nice bulb without getting HIDs try PIAA, they arn't cheap, but will probably last longer than what your looking for.

I forgot to ask about clear corners. I need a pair that aren't whiter than the headlights themselves. You may see them in the legend gallery...They usually ruin the car. Do you guys have any on your car that match the original headlight?
Thanx again

Well, I have not ordered regular bulbs in a while because I got HIDs.
I did get bulbs for my foglights on E-Bay though. You should try there, you'll probably get a good deal.

All aftermarket corners will be "whiter" than the headlights. The only aftermarket corners for the Legend are all made by APC and just sold by different sites.

To get a clear corner that matches you'll need to spend some more money and get EDM (European Domestic Market-OEM Honda in Europe) corners. You'll be spending at least $100 (porbably more) but they are the only corners that match. Also don't get confused by "Euro" corners or something like that. EDM's are hard to come by and will be harder to find. You will need to be patient.

Well, if your talking about the EDM corners you'll just have to keep your eye on the for sale section of the forum and E-Bay and hope to get lucky-they're pretty rare.

I got my HIDs here: http://www.angelfire.com/ultra/brightlightz/.
They did a groupbuy on the forum a while back. I've had mine installed since November with no problems.
