Car Bumps forward on its own? Help

So, I notice whenever I pop my car into D4.. It tends to jump forward a bit.. Another issue whenever I put the car into Park or Neutral it starts to rev up.. Any help or tips would be appreciated

Where are your rpm's in P, D? Sounds like you may have a vacuum issue or your throttle cable is sticking.

It fluctuates from 2-4 while in P or N.

And any idea why when I shift into D4 the Car pushes a bit forward?

Well your rpm's are to high so it would make the car jerk. The important thing is to find out why your rpm's are elevated. Is the CEL/ check engine light on?

CEL only comes on when I hit about 65-70MPH which is rarely since I live in NYC
