I have Legend 94, and a while ago the lighter stopped working. Does anyone know how to fix it?

First you need to figure out whether it is the lighter or the socket, if you have anything like a pump that runs off the lighter socket check to see if it will run. Once you know which one is the problem you can go to fuses or replace the lighter itself.

My GPS unit does not get charged, does it tell whether it is the lighter or the socket?

Also, which fuse should I check, I opened the fuse box but could not tell which one is connected to the lighter

i think its the dash fuse or radio fuse

The lighter actually has a relay believe it is in the box by the ABS unit under the hood.

you could also pull out the center bezel and make sure the wiring harness is connected to the socket, unless you know lighter previously worked at one point.

I believe if you pull out the center console, the wires going to the cigarette lighter actually have a fuse in-line.

That or I just modded mine and didn't remember
