Could use some help

Hey there everyone, I changed the fuses recently in my Legend because whenever I use the signal lights you hear the blinking sound but NONE of the lights blink. My horn doesn't go off, and for some reason my Alarm, and remote for the doors doesn't work either. I changed the batteries and checked the normal fuses and they all seem fine. I'm new to the Acura and Legend period. Could use some help and feedback

You didn't mention if the car actually starts.

Did you disconnect the battery cables or cables to the fuse box when you replaced fuses?

The battery cables are REALLY sensitive. You have to make sure your battery connection is really clean and tight. You can even get one of those round post terminal inserts from Autozone.

That's where I would start.

Car starts and runs perfectly fine, I had a little bit of water up to the middle of the tire 18" if that would've did it? because everything else works fine.

Could be the ICU (on back of the inside fuse panel) but not sure. Have you looked through the online manual and gone through the things to check there in the electrical portion?

check the back of the under dash fuse box. apparently, the sunroof drain on the a-pillar can back up causing massive corrosion and shorts across unrelated systems (info from a dealer friend of mine based in NY).

As mentioned check the fuse box for moisture and corrosion. I would also get some contact cleaner/lubricant to dissolve any built up corrosion.

I checked both fuse boxes under the dash by the door, I checked the fuse under the hood everything is fine, Nothing is wet. So could it be the relay? or the flasher?

you have problems across 3 seemingly unrelated systems. something else is going on. if the car was partially submerged, it could be bad grounds or corroded wiring harnesses.
