Maybe Legendary94GS will come through for us. Those headers sound pretty good.
It would be awesome to get a JDM importer we could trust. Instead we get guys like this Dale guy, and PPP with the chip that don't seem to want to come through.

I'll do my best...I don't believe in asking for money unless the product is in hand to deliver. Headers!?!?...weren't cheap, but i have yet to ask for money or determine prices until i have the product in hand because, even though they left port in japan Mar 12th, they're still not here yet (Coupe/Sedan Onepiece, Headers, GS Wheels, Mugen Steering Wheels etc.)
After all, in business, there's nothing more important that you can have at stake but your reputation.
Will have to remember this.
Getting JDM parts for this car is a b!tch, huh?
It is not as hard as this group buy makes it out to be. For starters, if the products exists and are still being made, then anyone who has contacts in Japan has been able to get these parts back to the US. One of my fellow Hawaii Legend owners go to Japan often for a performance shop where he and his bothers work, and he is able to obtain parts that are indeed still being made. Now, if the parts are discontined and no longer being made, that makes it much harder to get obviously. But, if you are going to do a mass container group buy, I would think that you would have confirmed what JDM parts were still being made, and what parts you actually could located before you posted a list of parts and collected the money for them.
Before he took his web site down, he had posted that he was leaving the aftermarket. Sounds like Darren needs to recruit a squad and go on a secret mission.

my take on things:
he probably used the $$$$ to help ease his move over to Japan,
and just now is getting to getting the parts.... now that he used y'all's $$$$$ in his transition.
I was leery of this group buy when I saw it.
It looked too "easy"
"We'll get anything jdm , just send your $$$," (and they wouldnt even return email questions at that point, and they were SELLING stuff, that's not a good omen)...

Aights Mr. Davis, and to the members of the forum...
If you still have money owed from Mr. Dale Davis, formlery of Shin Kai Racing from the JDM Parts Container Buy of last summer, please post your name, email, and amount owed. Please list only if you have are looking for a refund and have given up waiting for the product promised 9 months ago. If i'm not mistaken, there are few of us left who still have unresolved money issues with Mr. Dale Davis and i think its time we started using some muscle to get this sh*t settled....
NO NO NO. I don't mean a hit squad (like everyone seems to want), but I was thinking more of a report to the BBB, maybe a little business pressure to SKR, and worse comes to worse, track down Mr. Dale Davis through the armed services currently employing him.
So, once again, name, email, and amount owed. Aights fellas?

Shin Kai Racing is out of business. SKR Performance removed their merger announcement from their website. Only way you're gonna get him is if Darren hunts him down in Japan.
As a Naval Officer (so he claimed) he has demonstrated he is no gentleman. And is actually something much worse.
A lot of money was spent on Mary Yuen's IS300 when it was sponsored by Shin Kai Racing and remember Mark is the one who set the whole thing up. Coincidence??????????

Im almost positive he didnt use the money for his move to Japan if he is a Naval Officer. The government funds the whole move for sure. Hell I just got done moving over here and I actually came out on the + side with funds.
Now if what DaveC says has any truth to it, then Im seriously gonna be pissed. [not like I wasn't before, but....]
This **** has gone on long enough, it looks like it's time to start contacting Commanding Officers or someone with some authority.
mfjonny, let's get this manhunt, I mean this issue resolved.
