You don't need to remove the "dash panel"....whatever that is.

You need to remove the instrument cluster.

Lower steering wheel all the way

remove lower dash cover (2 8mm bolts on bottom, 1 8mm behind your left side fog light switch/traction control switch/"L" model blank off) The side where the ignition hole is is just snapped in...pull it directly out, not down.

Remove the 2 screws that hold the instrument bezel in from inside the lower part of your dash. Remove the 2 upper screws that hold your bezel in. Tilt out bezel, disconnect the switches. Remove 4 screws holding cluster, tilt out, down and sideways. Disconnect all connectors.

Now, disassemble your cluster and proceed with your modification. You will just notice you broke a/all the gauge needles because you don't know what your doing. Come back to the forums and post "WTB Gauge Cluster from 94 Legend" because now you need a new gauge cluster.

Installation is reverse of removal.

No, I dont have pics.

I'm trying to remove the bezel too....

According to the Helm, it only shows two screws for the bezel which is under the lower dash. I can't remove the bezel. Where exactly is the upper screws? For some reason, Helm isn't very acurate for my Legend

Tried to do the injectors last month, and had to do it "MY" way since the Helm had inccorrect steps!!
