Dash trim...
I dont know about the rest of you all, but honestly I dont like the idea of putting basically a sticker onto my trim pieces. Thats what most of the trim kits are right? Just stickers?
For example... "The highest quality 3M double faced tape will mold the trim to your existing dash." How does the "sticker" trim look when applied? Anyone got pictures? Can you tell its a sticker? -Brandon |

Yes it will be a 'stick on' kit. but there isnt really any other way to do it at a reasonable price, the 3m double sided tape is really good stuff, and if the kits are a good fit (like they say) then it should look OK. Seeing as they offer a money back if not satisfied (less 25%). If you like it my advice would be too order it and and take a look at it. If it's no good send it back, that will cost you about $30, but then you can tell us wether it is any good or not - he he !

Why don;t you ask them for a sample so you can see how the kit actually looks like. For example how it compares to your expectations. Also ask them if they could send you a sample, like send you the actually kit but not in the woodtrim, maybe in cardboard or something so you can see how it fits. I've seen some wood kits, and some really look like
They are not cut out nicely, and accurately and some are too thick giving it a tacky look. Just my 2 cents |
