Daytime Running Lights (DRL) stays on

Hello again,
I have a Canadian model Legend and there is a problem with DRL control.
The DRL lights don't light and the control stays on. When flicking high-beams on/off I noticed that the passenger side High-Beam does not work. I thought it was a bad bulb, but after switching right with left, the same passenger side didn't work, so the bad bulb is taken out of equation. All the cable connectors seem to be clean and free of any dirt.
Any other ideas for the source of this problem and solution?
Thank you.

Before i purchased my car, the previous owner mentioned that he needed to replace the DRL module.
When i got the car, in the service records there was a reciept for the purchase and install of the DRL module.
You may have to buy a new one of those.

find and pull the relay for the daytime lights

open it up the solder will be cracked on 3- 6 points (i used a magnifiying glass to see) re-solder those cracked points and it will be good as new

check all points i fixed 4 then tried it no work took it back out checked them all found 2 more

Can you tell me where the relay is? I called the dealer asked them for the price they told me 182$. I will definitely try to fix it like you said before getting a new one.

its up under driver side dash I can remember the colour...maybe blue? it was held on by 1 10mm bolt

you need to remove the bottom dash panel on driver side
put the seat all the way back and get under the dash head goes where the pedals are im 5'8 185lbs and there was enough room for me!

the relay may even be marked i think it was

mine is a 1993 sedan
