yup thats it

use a small flat screwdriver to carefully open it get a magnifying glass and check ALL the biggger soldier "blobs" you should see some that have a hair line "ring"...crack around them re-soldier them reinstall relay id plug it in and leave it hanging 1st to try just in case you missed a crack!

I fixed it works fine now just like new. Two of the "blobs" had cracks around them. Thanks without your help i probably would go and buy a DRL module for 182$ and later find out it’s the relay.
