hey i got this 1991 acura legend ls coupe on saterday at the auction for 3850 cdn. its got 159000km. only thing wrong with it is i think it needs some cv joints in the front cuz i can hear clicking during hard cornering, everything else seems to be pretty mint, engine no accidents or anything

i think the color is called vinyard grey or something. the only thing wrong with it is i think the cv joints are worn, when i make a really sharp corner i can hear clicking noise. any idea on how much those are to replace??

ya i know but the carfax says not salvaged or rebuilt, actually it says that on the ownership papers too, so i guess legally its not a salvaged car

Those airbags could have gone off from a blown tire though. SRS is a pretty tricky thing sometimes. I had a friend who hit a rock and blew a tire and had both their airbags go off. And I don't see any other evidence of an accident, but that's just my 2 cents.

Thats kinda weird, we have the SAME EXACT LEGEND, from the SAME EXACT COUNTRY.. It makes it a lot harder for me to get parts when the Acura dealership says that my Legends from Canada and that I need to call a broker myself.. Pshh.. Anyways nice legend.. I got mine for $1,500 with 72k miles, spent $2,000 fixing all the problems, now i have a somewhat fresh legend.. The color is Vineyard Grey or Metallic Vineyard Grey, which ever you prefer.. I hate the color tho, Im thinking about changing it, to a black or blue..

ya the color is a lil grandma ish, i wish it was white or black but oh well. I took it for a 30km drive today everywhere and everything seems to be good except the cv joints, stupid antenna goes up everytime i turn on the stereo i gotta discount the power cable. i am surprised that the seat heaters and the 6 disck cd changer still works. on the owners manual it says that i can drive the car like a manual meaning i can shift through the 4 gears myself if i wanted to kinda like old school sportshift, lol i wonder if thats a good idea
