Does the RL steering wheel fit the Legend?

I´m interested in the wood finished RL´s steering wheel and I was wondering if this steering wheel fits the Legend.

Anyone knows?

There is a place in the US that will custom a Legend sterring wheel w/ wood grain the same as the LS console. I'm getting mine done in the near future..

I saw an Accord coupe (´01) wood steering wheel and it looks awesome. Dealer said that the Accord´s steering wheel does not fit the Legend. The dealer cost for the steering is about $500 but is a pure beauty.
Do you know the price of that custom job???

you know what, I was in a 98 RL and was shocked to find out that the steering wheel was identical to my 91 coupe.

I guess acura stuck with the steering wheel design for all their legend/RL models.

so I'm sure it would fit.

Yup the custom job is about $500 also... You would need to send them a sterring wheel so that the woodgrain could be added. Also they will re wrap your leather with new leather.

I´ll ask this to my dealer. The RL is named LEGEND still here in Europe....

If they were near to my hometown I would consider it, but so far away.....

Thanks Mike. that´s exactly the look that I want.

I was thinking in something like this:

I saw a wood steering wheel on a 99 European Legend and looks so great.

You may consider this, especially with your elegant dash wood kit.
(I´m in love with it)
