Door open beeper wouldn't shut off, FIXED!

Thanks to this PM from Devanthedude: The wiring schematic I found this wire on was from a 95 sedan. I have a 91 coupe, so I know this wire is present on all legends. Heres how to find it. Remove knee bolster. To the left of the steering column, as seen sitting in the seat, you will see the CD changer connection and a relay. Directly behind that there are 6 plugs pointing upward- towards inst. cluster- The third one from the right has 7 wires in it . One of these wires is the blue/white your looking for.

I did what this said, and after 4 years of that annoying fucking beeper, it is OVER!

Can't believe it that this annoying beeper needed 4 years to cut it off? Hmm, anyway Sedan and Coupe does have exactly the same wiring. Just wondering why you needed so long? Does it means you still have your problem? -Mike

No it's over. I asked on here a few times with no answer. Finally...........

I just turned my key to the on position to shut it up, if I needed the door open for a while, but yeah I wanted to use my 357mag, on that thing. Looked and looked, and looked for the beeper, but, it's hidden good.

hahahaha I just laughed my fuckin ass off reading that line at the bottom... I feel your pain on that one bro. I always turn my key so that the stupid beeper stops. The brand new honda's have that exact same beeper too. They must've had a fuckin stock pile of em er somethin.
I'm gonna try to lube up the key cylinder and get it to stop and if it doesnt its coitins fer that blue/white wire

hey are you guys talking about the beep when you leave your key in the ignition, and you open the door? If so, i'm having that same problem. it happens half of the time, but not everytime. Even though i have the key out, and open the door, it beeps as if my key were still in. so is snipping this blue or white wire a good fix it for this? any other conservative approach just so I can keep that beep when my key is really in?

You can spray some graphite lock spray or WD-40 into the ignition lock, and then insert the key and turn it back and forth a bunch of times. Worked for me...at least for now.
