engine swap question

too all the guys that have done a c32a swap successfully, how hard was it to align the engine with the transmission? is it better to pull the transmission and the blown engine at the same time? when we did my friends civic getting his transmission aligned perfectly was the hardest part and i would really like to avoid any unnecessary headaches. any help would be appreciated. thanks

is your Legend is MT or AT?

automatic sorry about that. i have changed a manual but one was a integra and the other a civic.
