Joe - My first speeding ticket was at 120 mph, and I learned my lesson... Never again, but once in awhile the car might go 100, but 150 + is way too much. BHG, lose lic, jail are not worth it... That's all...

Well, when you are speeding like that in the middle of nowhere in texas, there isn't much risk of getting arrested. Cause you aren't passing regular cars much less cop cars.

That picture belongs to me, thank you very much, and thanks for the props. I have at least 4 pics taken at seperate times of me over 140. Its really not that hard to get an intake/exhaust/chip legend up over 140. I think there is vid of me over 150 as well.

and yes, excellent work, well played

Here is the thing. You can hate me and phil for being assholes all you want. But there are a lot of people who talk it, and much fewer who walk it. We fucking take pictures in the process.

Id say taking a picture at 150mph is reckless but it's an automatic so i guess it's okay. probably could have put on some makeup and called the gal-pals at the same time.
Why would it matter if it's manual or auto in that situation; either way you're just on the gas, in the highest gear.

I got my car to a little over the 150 pic and I also have a white sedan automatic, but no chip, only intake and 2.5 exhaust. The needle was at the "M" in mph on the bottom and that was about the time I hit my revlimit. I wasnt exactly staring at the guages if you know what I mean. I was actually following a 95 M3 but couldnt quite catch him. He had a 5 spd. I was only a couple cars behind on an open road here in texas with three wide-ass lanes and straightaways for miles and miles. I love texas. Thats why our speed limits are 80 in some parts, like that matters.

Talking wow.....

ok welll i have a video of me and my fat camera man who cant tape for shit on www.streetfire.net but honestly be4 i had slammed my 94 type2 coupe to the ground with no mods without the air filter and without the wife wrecking my front bumper and hood i had took it to 159 160 with 2 other ppl in the car. Now i have drien a lot of fast cars be4 i mean i used to work at the lotus dealership which means TT V8 lotus's and high output 4 bangers some with turbo to boot. but never driven them faster then 145. When i had took my 3600 lbs car to 160 with ppl my foot was shaking like a scared little on that throttle. with a shit load of air pushing it way through my sunroof but that is the fastest i have ever been in anycar. Besides my friends TT Suv porsche we went to 175 and at 160 it felt and looked about the same when i did it in my car. i know its dumb but when you find yourself on Open highway with no cars on it but some jackass on a bike doing 100 mph highchairs you got to see the look on his face that by the time he got down i was already at 125 and accel, he did not catch up either. but it was maybe that he was too scared to take a bike that much faster. Dont blame him. A jumbo jet is up and off the ground at 150 mph but i think he must have known that be4 i did.

Yeh California and Texas has some sweet as straight way you can do 140 easy and without knowing it. When i went to California for vacation last year we rent a 06 Corola it weak but I hit the rev limit on it once I felt the engine run weird i look down at the speed audometer was 130 and it max the car out. I didn't know it get there by feeling lol. Not like up here there is a corner about 1/4mile or serveral coner in to one place so I can't really go fast up here. Speed limit up here is 65mph is max no more than that.

heres the link....

dont mind my dumb specs as this was when i first got my legend and the sales ppl can put a lot in your head. but considering how fast the car is stock why would i have any reason to not belive them. But yes i know now that the Nsx motor is diff from the type2 so plz overlook the dumb specs i wrote as i have lost all control over that vid and cannot change its description http://videos.streetfire.net/search/...ace69f2e37.htm keep in mind this vid was taken when i had just slammed my car to the floor but i am going to fix that soon. And it was bone stock with everything you get from a fresh out the factory legend.
