I don't see a problem with driving aggressively if you maintain the car. I don't drive like a grandma my any means, and with 182k, the car runs great. Just needs some normal wear and tear/routine maintanence. (TB/WP, brakes)

...one time i decided to go top speed. i was so scared i didnt even look at my speedo.after a few minutes i decided to slow down and eventually stop, when i did i saw dinosaurs.

up on 84 a z with exhause and deep dish pulled up but didn't wanna show his power until a porcha suv turbo s came along at about 120 passing on the left.

well thats when the z decided to unlock his power and what a pos. my brother driving in 4th gear at about 80 drops into 3rd when he sees the porcha and us and the z take off. after comming out of 3rd into 4th the z in the dust and us and the turbo porcha flying doing a 150 each and for an suv doing 150 i was impressed. but as soon as we dipped at 140 both the z and the porcha decided they only had skills on a stright.
to make a long story short we did 150 in 5th on a type II and still had power.

I hit, 124 on hwy 6 from houston heading to katy, total weight in car was aprox. 827lbs, and it just accels so smooth, im thinking w/o my 2 friends i woulda hit 135, mind you this is maybe 3/4 of a mile vid comming soon.

i did 200 once with my friends crx and a cavalier..lmao my steering wheel was shaking. my friends cavalier's engine blowed up, after i pulled over i see a smoke coming out of my hood..never doing it again

I know what you mean though, when I first heard about the whole BHG thing when I first joined here, I watched my temp needle like crazy

I don't even bother looking at it now, my car runs fine and is maintained wonderfully, it's not worth getting all scared about everytime you push your car.

i got my lady up to 153 racing an audi a6 sorry to say the audi didnt want to stick around she was so smooth doing it to....that'll be the last time i get her up there untill i change her up and get her surgery done.

I buried my speedo once in my legend, on the way to Vegas...saw the needle dip past 140 and said Im good...I knew it would do it then and never felt the need to do it again. My Infiniti I have now on the other hand...I dont feel any need at all to play games with my life or anybody else's.....I just cruise along and let the world pass me on by

135 IN MY LS COUPE!!! had to let in down after that. Was Coming from Pennsylvania to Kansas(20 hours). Last ten minutes of my ride decided to punch it agian and got clocked doin 103 in a 70 $300 dollar ticket ouch!!!!

Dont think going 140 occassionally subjects you to a BHG man, your just paranoid, as long as your car is well maintained should be a problem with an occassional "speeed burst". LOL
