Flood damagess

hey guys , i no this is off topic but i really need to kno, there was a flood in my area, and my brother drove my dads qx4 thru a flood, and even tho its an suv, he still managed to screw up, so the car stalled, and he had it towed. we changed the oil, tried wat we could, had an ex-toyota mechanic come by and chek it out, he sed the car seized. anyway were gonna get it chekd out by anothr mechanic also, but heres wat happens, wen u try to start it, the car makes a click sound, the battery works, cuz everything lites up, but the car just wont start... is it still possible to save this car? its a 98 infiniti qx4... thanks guys

If the water entered the intake with the engine running and caused it to stall, you now have an engine only fit for a boat anchor or lawn sculpture.
