Fluids Change....How difficult?

My brake fluid and power steering fluid are dirty and need to be swapped. Is it difficult to change these fluids myself? Also, I've experienced some rough shifting. I have an auto. My transmission fluid also needs to be changed but I've heard bad things about tranny flushes. How hard would it be for me to drain and fill? Where is the cheapest place I can buy these fluids, Honda specific. Thanks!

The only place I have found honda specific fluid is at the dealership. I am not sure, but I have heard Honda dealerships are cheaper than Acura.

There are a lot of DIYs on this forum. I know there is one for sure for brakes--a complete DIY. Do a seach and I'm sure you'll find it.

By the way, never use an opend can of brake fluid. Always use new. Brake fluid absorbs moisture faster than a dry sponge in a desert.

Come again on that one....dry sponge + dry desert + no moisture = absorb what? Sorry couldn't let that one pass while living in the desert SW....

you can narrow your search by selecting "DIY" in the list on the right.
i put "tranny" and searched it. anyways, heres the diy for

4x tranny flush
4x Tranny Flush by Gil

filter and drain
DIY Transmission Service (Filter + Drain)

and the search result.
http://www.acura-legend.com/vbulleti...earchid=552625

for the diy on the powersteering, search for PDF helms or w/e manual it is that im hosting i cant remeber wat link it is and its 3 am haha.
if you go to power steering section, it tells you how to flush it.
good luck
