Folding mirror switch help

I finally got my mirror to work thanks to the help of many people here, now I have a new problem……I need to buy or have my switch custom to fit. I have the JDM switch that came with the mirrors. So if someone has one to sell or can take my switches and put the folding button in.

Anyone know anyone that has a switch to sell or someone that knows how to fabricate them?

Thanks
