Hello everything, need some serious help, bought a 95 legend coupe LS, and I've been repairing the engine, the problem is that when the engine starts cold, it rev at 2000rpm, I heard this is normal, after the engine is warm the RPM drops and starts with the UP and Down rev, like if someone is pressing the gas pedal and releasing it, I already replace the PCV valve and the idle control sensor/valve, has a recent tune up and in conjunction with the idling the TCS light is on, but not the engine light, so I replace the TCS computer and the TCS sensor, and still the same issue, also the engine release a lot of gray smoke, I dont know if it is bc the car was sitting for a long time, or other but is not a lot, and is only after the rev up and down deal starts, if anyone has a suggestion I will take it, thanks
Thank you for the response, I hear a hissing sound coming from the left rear of the engine, I checked all the hoses, and the sound still the same, I was hoping by moving the hoses the sound will change but no luck, the coolant level is good, I'm thinking of replacing the Temperature/fan sensor any more suggestions???

That would indicated a broken vaccum line. Not too bad man, just a heck of a lot of investigative work for that.

On the fast idle valve there is some adjustment you could do. Start the engine cold the n the top cover take one screw off and loosen the other one. then with a flat head turn the valve inside until the rpms get to normal. One valve must be higher or lower than the other....thats causing the rpms to go up and dowm.
Ok just found out I have a gas leak from one of the fuel lines, and looks like the hissing noise is coming from the fuel line connecting to the engine, u guys think this is the issue?
