A quality repaint (not color change) should run about $3k. It's done right when you don't see tape lines because they've removed all mouldings and trim.

When you get your car back ...make sure to park far far away in mall parking lots and especially away from HUGE SUV DOORS. Aint nothing worse then getting your 2 week old paint job ...dinged, scratched, or violated (keyed) by haters. then youll really be

Yeah I am exited alright guys....Looking forward to it....

To answer some questions.....

They took all the mouldings and lights off except around the windows - I did not want these taken out given that I have heard that some members have had wind noise problems, etc, etc....

They used dupont paint and diamond clearcoat....Total repaint includiing all panels and bumpers and all dings, slight dents, and keyed areas was $2000. He even replaced/fixed some of the mouldings as he did not like the way they looked....

The car wsa repainted before by the previous owner - and it wsa a cheap ****ty job...So the mouldings around the door handles were painted cateburry too...I asked him to keep it the same - no point in giving him extra work when I did not mind it at all....

Picking it up at 4.30 this afternoon!!!
